1. Call Forwarding
   You can transfer your incoming calls to another telephone number.
2. Speed Calling
   You can program your phone to dial frequently called numbers using only a one or two digit code.
3. Call Waiting
   You can accept a second call while on another call.
4. Three Way Calling
   You can talk to people at two different locations at the same time.
5. Revert Ring
   You can make all extensions on your line ring.

Instructions for use of Custom Calling Service:

Call Forwarding

For customers in the KIRKWOOD, PIONEER, VOLCANO and WEST POINT exchanges:
1. Lift the handset.

2. Dial "72 & # key" and listen for the special dial tone (# speeds ups the special dial tone*).

3. After hearing the special dial tone, dial the "forward to" number, in the same manner a call would normally be dialed.

4. Wait for the party to answer; if they do, the phone is forwarded. If they do not, hang up and repeat steps 1 through 3. After step 3, listen for confirmation tone. As soon as the confirmation tone is heard, the call is forwarded.

To Remove Call Forwarding:

1 Dial 73, wait for confirmation tone. Call Forwarding is cancelled. (Back to top)

Speed Calling

For Customers in the KIRKWOOD, PIONEER, VOLCANO and WEST POINT exchanges:

To Program 8 code list:

1. Lift the handset.

2. Dial "74 & #key" (#speeds up special dial tone*).

3. After hearing special dial tone, dial the code digit (2-9).

4. Dial the number to be placed with that code in the same manner the call would normally be dialed. Example (3) 296-XXXX.

5 Wait for the confirmation tone. (Your number has now been accepted for use.)

30 Code List:

1. Lift the handset.

2. Dial "74 & #key" (#speeds up special dial tone*).

3. After hearing special dial tone, dial the code digit (20-49).

4. Dial the number to be placed with that code in the same manner the call would normally be dialed. Example (3) 296-XXXX.

5 Wait for the confirmation tone. (Your number has now been accepted for use.)

To Use Speed Calling:
1. Dial the code digit and #Key (# processes the call more quickly*).

Call Waiting

For customers in the KIRKWOOD, PIONEER, VOLCANO and WEST POINT exchanges:

This feature lets you know someone else is attempting to call the telephone line you are using. You will be signaled by a beep tone; this beep tone will be repeated every 10 seconds until it is acknowledged. The party calling will only hear normal ringing.

How to Use Call Waiting:
If you hear the beep tone while you are using your telephone, please proceed with the following:
1. If you wish to answer the second caller, press and release the hook-switch (Receiver Button) quickly. The first call will be placed on "hold" and you will be automatically connected to the second caller.
2. In order to return to the first call, press and release the hook-switch (Receiver Button) quickly. You can switch back and forth between calls as often as you choose.

How to Cancel Call Waiting:

1. Before placing a call, press 70#.
2. Wait for the dial tone.
3. Dial the number you wish to call.
Call Waiting will be cancelled for the duration of the call and will be automatically restored when the call is completed. (Back to top)

Three Way Calling

How to use three-way calling:
1. The first call on your line can be incoming (someone called you) or you can call the first person.
2. To add another person to the conversation, simply push down the receiver button (or switch-hook) to put your first call on hold.
3. When you hear dial tone, dial the telephone number of the person you wish to add to the conversation.
4. You may wait until that person answers and talk with them privately for a while, or you may bring your first call back into the conversation even while the second phone is ringing.
5. Just push down the receiver button after you have dialed the second number, or after they answer to get your first call back on the line. Now all three parties are on the line at the same time.
6. To remove either call, ask one person to hang up. You can then continue the conversation with the remaining person.
7.When you hang up, all calls are disconnected. (Back to top)

Reverting Calls

(Ringing extension connected to your line)
To ring extensions connected to your line, please do the following:
1. Dial your telephone number. (you will hear a fast busy tone.)
2. Promptly replace the handset on your telephone.
3. Your telephone as well as all extensions will begin ringing.
4. When one of the telephones connected to your line is answered, the ringing will stop
5. Remove handset from telephone and begin conversation.
